According to the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 14 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received.



Requirements for a valid return

  • Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
  • Provide bank details if original payment are made via Molpay.
  • Include ESONA Tax Invoice in each return package box.
  • Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met (check out below)

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. Your return courier fee will not be reimbursed.



How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement/ Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may last up to 2 business days on receiving of your return. You will receive the credit including return courier charges within 5-15 working days, depending on your bank policies.
