How to remove an item in your shopping cart?

To remove an item in your shopping cart, you can: Click on the Cart icon on top of ESONA page to go to your shopping cart. Click on “Remove item” Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.


Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email / apps right after you have placed your order. We will also send email notifications or through Apps to keep you updated frequently on your order status.

Where can I request an official receipt?

To request an official receipt, we will assist you right away. For retail items, official receipts can be issued upon request and only when orders are completely delivered. All official receipts will be sent via email / apps.
